Hobart Nelson

Hobart W. Nelson, 64, of Laurelville, died February 21, 2010 at his residence. He was born January 9, 1946 in South Bloomingville, the son of Hobart and Lillian (Butler) Nelson. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Amy Nelson; brothers, Delbert and Clarence Nelson and sister, Juanita Burns. He is survived by his daughters, Teresa (Donald) Marshall of Laurelville, Sonya (Corry) Winland of Laurelville and Ashley (David) Webb of Delaware; 4 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter; brothers, John Nelson of Lancaster, Earl (Mary) Nelson of Circleville and Howard (Peggy) Nelson of Laurelville and sister, Mary (Mark) Bland of Indian Lake. Funeral service will be held 11:30 a.m. Thursday February 25, 2010 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Laurelville with Pastor Betty Brooks officiating. Burial will be in St. John Baptist Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
