Hazel M. Carpenter, 80, of Circleville, died July 15, 2009 at Berger Hospital. She was born Aug. 27, 1928 in Ironton, OH. She was preceded in death by her husbands; Jim Robbins, Robert Welsh and Russell Carpenter. She is survived by her step-children; Don (Pam) Welsh of IL, Pat (Bill) Fortner, Bill (Carol) Welsh, Bob (Barb) Welsh and Ron Carpenter of Ashville and Debbie (Allen) Black of Circleville, 12 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Saturday, July 18, 2009 at 2:00 pm at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with Pastor Jim Ferrell officiating. Friends may call Saturday from noon to 2 p.m. Burial will be in Harrison Twp. Cemetery.
