Grace L. Carpenter, 92 of Circleville, passed away on July 21, 2025 in Pickaway Manor. She was born on August 13, 1932 in Fairfield County, the daughter of Chester and Grace (Starkey) Frazier. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Carpenter, grandson, Kevin Swackhammer and brothers, Roscoe and Joe Frazier. She is survived by her children, Diann L. (Sam) George and Tim (Sandy) Carpenter; grandchildren, Gabriel (Mandy) Carpenter, Todd George, Chris George, Thomas Wright and Tammy Wright; great grandchildren, Brookelynn, Mason, Samantha, Emily, Christopher, Jr., Zeth, Jerrell (Chandler) Turner and Taylor Wright. Funeral service will be held 12 noon, Friday July 25, 2025 at the Wellman Funeral Home Circleville. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
