Gloria “Jeanie” McElhinny, 51, of Circleville passed away on December 30, 2016. She was born on April 7, 1965 in Circleville. Her parents; Harold and Patsy (Cornwell) Bivens preceded her in death. Jeanie is survived by her children; Richard McElhinny and Jessica (Joey) Crawford, her dogs; Kimber, Anheuser and Elvis, brothers; Scott (Teresa) and Terry (Tammy) Reed and by sister; Beverly (Richard) Lynn and by several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 6, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home with John McElhinny officiating with burial to follow in Forest Cemetery.
