Gilbert Butterbaugh

Gilbert F. Butterbaugh, 75, of Circleville, lost his battle to lung cancer and was called home by the Lord, October 14, 2008. He was born January 11, 1933 in Ross County, the son of Harry Butterbaugh and Opal Sigler Hedges. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, May; 3 daughters, Bonnie Balthaser of Lancaster, Diana Kosch of Lancaster and Mary Buckler (David); 2 sons, Gilbert Lee (Dolly) and Michael (Connie); 7 granddaughters; 8 grandsons; 4 great granddaughters; 6 great grandsons. He was well known in Pickaway County and leaves many friends. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday October 17, 2008 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Burial will be in Floral Hills Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
