Geraldine Stevens

Geraldine M. Stevens, 80, of Laurelville, died August 15, 2014 at Berger Hospital. She was born September 14, 1933 in Columbus, OH the daughter of Willard and Mary (Thomas) Cook. She was a member of Pocahontas and Amvets. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Brian Jackson Cook. Geraldine is survived by her husband Ronald Stevens, daughter Tina (Mike) Wood, grandchildren Shawn (Josie Breece) Wood, William (Andrea) and Dakota Wood, great grandchildren Amie, Amber, Siena, Tyler, Jason, Jenna and Katie, sisters Melanie Lanman, Nellie Conkle and Georgia Furness and many nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday August 20, 2014 at Wellman Funeral Home, Laurelville with Dr. Doyne Wiggins officiating. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday. A gathering will be held following the funeral at Amvets.
