Gary L. Hammond, 62, Canal Winchester, died December 15, 2017 at Mt. Carmel East. He was born on June 28, 1955 in Columbus, the son of Colonel and Carrie (Wright) Hammond. He was an U.S. Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his father and brother, Gregory Hammond. He is survived by his mother; children, Courtney Folden and Samuel Crabtree; grandchildren, Saylor, Grayson Lee, Serenity Faith; siblings, Glenna Boyer and Charlie (Carol) Hammond. Cremation will be observed. Arrangements were completed by the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville.
