Fred Wagner

Fred Wagner Jr., 73, of Circleville passed away on October 23, 2023.  He was born on December 17, 1949 in Hocking County to Fred and Elva (Waites) Wagner.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter Samantha Jo Wagner and by siblings Joyce Watson, Marilyn, John and Henry Wagner.  Fred is survived by his wife Katherine (Lambert) Wagner; children Thomas and Meghan Wagner; grandchildren Zuinton and Kirsten Wagner; great granddaughter Rigley Kempton; brothers Joe, Melvin, George and by sisters Arlene Wagner and Evelyn Harber.  Graveside services will be held on Friday, November 3, 2023 at noon at Forest Cemetery.  Online condolences can be made to www.wellmanfuneralhomes.com.
