Frances E. Ramsey, 59, of Circleville passed away on September 5, 2020. She was born on September 9, 1960 in Circleville to Carl and Hilda (Queen) Ramsey Sr. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers Charles and Robert Ramsey and Gordon Sigman. Frances is survived by her sisters Barbara King and Marsha Meadows and by brothers Carl and William Ramsey and Leon Sigman. Cremation has taken place.
