Ersel Hart

Ersel Ann Hart, 73, of Chillicothe passed away on May 16, 2016. She was born on February 10, 1943 in Laurelville to Melford E. and Dorothy L. (Betts) Hart. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by sisters; Genivieve Stevens and Phyllis Davis, brother; Melford Hart, daughter-in-law; Joyce Wiggins. Ersel is survived by her children; Thomas (Cinda) Wiggins, Barry Wiggins, Charles Wade (Sandy) Wiggins, Kelly Wiggins, Shawn (Rick) Ruff, grandchildren; Caitlynn Wiggins, Samantha Wiggens, Dominique Bretz, Cameron Miller, Ryan Wiggins, Brandon Wiggins, Ashley Wiggins, Princess, Keyla, Cody Gang, Cherokee Hampshire, 7 great grandchildren and by siblings; Helen Hysell, Wayne (Nellie) Hart, Dallas (Kathy) Hart, Marvin Dale Hart, Randy (Donna) Hart and Dawn (Vicki) Hart.
