Ellen Robinson, 82, of Lancaster, formally of Circleville, passed away on June 10, 2026. She was born on August 23, 1943 in Circleville to Harold and Elizabeth (Riggin) Neff. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by siblings Jerry and Randy Neff and Carol Stevens. Ellen is survived by her children Kelly (Debby) Robinson, Bobby (Stephanie) Robinson and Shannon (Kelly) Robinson; 16 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren and sister Cheryl (Robin) Webb. Visitation will be on Saturday, June 13, 2026 from 11-12 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Burial will be in Heavenly Hills Cemetery.
