Elizabeth Wilder

Elizabeth W. “Macky” Wilder, 95, of Circleville, died April 6, 2011 at her residence. She was born March 4, 1916 in Somerset, OH, the daughter of Homer and Avida (Wallace) From. Known as “Macky” by all, never knowing a stranger and always the first to help anyone in need. She will be greatly missed by all who know and love her. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Clifton Wilder; 5 brothers; 5 sisters and 2 sons-in-law. She is survived by her children, Ruthane Thompson, Karen Thatcher, Molly (Paul) Morris, Clifton (Medi) Wilder, Patty Smallwood, Frank (Kim) Wilder and Judy (Ronnie) Miller; 16 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; 12 great great grandchildren; sisters, Judy (Tom) Moran and Doris From; brother, Jack (Dorothy) From and a special family friend, Tia Crist. Funeral service will be held 12:00 noon Saturday April 9, 2011 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville, with Chaplain Jim Ferrell officiating. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
