Donald “Catfish” Williams, 66, of Mount Sterling went to be with the Lord on September 9, 2025. He was born on October 28, 1958 in Circleville, Ohio to Donald and Laura (Reeser) William. He retired in 2019 from EI DuPont. He was a 1977 Westfall High School graduate, an avid hunter and fisherman and always willing to help anyone in need. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by brothers Terry M. and Jerry L. Williams and special brother-in-law Jack Cradlebaugh. He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years Sharon (Fraley) Williams; his father Donald Williams; children Donica (James) Speakman, Donald L. (Patience) Williams Jr., David (Natalie) Self, Treena Thompson, Billy (Katrina) Self and Charles Self; numerous grand and great grandchildren and by three sisters Nellie Jo Cradlebaugh, Laura K. (Bo) DePuy and Robin L. Williams and by numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at noon at the Wellman Funeral Home with burial to follow in Muhlenberg Township Cemetery.
