David Ross Potts, 84, of Circleville, formerly of West Union, went home to Heaven, March 26, 2010 at his residence. He was born October 20, 1925 in West Union, the son of William and Bertha (Francis) Potts. He was owner/operator of Ben Franklin Store on the square in West Union. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Geneva (Satterfield) Potts. He is survived by his children, Connie Potts-Thompson of Vandalia and Lonnie (Kathy) Potts of Circleville; 5 grandchildren, Christie (Todd) Dixon of Vandalia, Alissa (Paul) Palmer of Corona, CA, Brittani (Tyler) Williams, Lonnie Ross Potts, II and Kalee Potts all of Circleville and 6 great grandchildren. Funeral service will be held 7:00 p.m. Monday March 29, 2010 at Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Friends may call from 4-7 p.m. Monday. Graveside service will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at West Union Cemetery with military honors. Memorial contributions may be made to Berger Hospice.
