Connie Gilliam

Connie Gilliam, born on January 27, 1945, in Circleville, Ohio, passed away peacefully on April 5, 2025, in Athens, Ohio. She was a beloved figure whose warmth and kindness touched all who knew her.
Connie was the daughter of Roy Parmer and Betty Thompson Parmer, both of whom predeceased her, as did her brother Tom Parmer. She is remembered fondly by her family, including her son Scott Archer (Dawn Griffey), who provided her with great joy and pride. Additionally, she is survived by her sister-in-law Kathy Parmer, along with her niece Erin and her nephew Bryan, all of whom cherished their time spent with Connie.
Her legacy will continue through the love she imparted on her family and friends. Friends and family are invited to celebrate Connie's life during visitation on April 14, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at Wellman Funeral Home-Circleville, located at 1455 N. Court St., Circleville, OH 43113. Burial will follow in Heavenly Hills Cemetery.
