Cleo Richard Oberley

Cleo Richard Oberley, 87, of Chillicothe, passed away on July 30, 2026 at his residence. He was born on August 13, 1938, in Minford, OH, the son of Wells and Allison Mae (Reynolds) Oberley. He was retired from Kaiser Aluminum. He was preceded in death by his parents; granddaughter, Brittney and brothers, Randy and David Oberley. He is survived by his wife, Janice (Kin) Oberley; children, Ted (Susan) Oberley, Perry Oberley and Scott (Trishia) Oberley; step children, Leisa (Donice) Foraker, Veneta Ross, Mark Bradford, Bruce Bradford, Nicole Klein and Tiffany Ruggles; grandchildren, Brandy, Jamie, Katie, Mike, Laura and Sarah; step grandchildren, Brock, Amber, Amanda, Brande, Joe, Jack, Quincy, Brighton, Taylor, Megan and Lane; great grandchildren, Noah, Joshua, Leah Renee, Marco and Joseph and brother, Ronald Oberley. Funeral service will be held 12 noon on Friday August 7, 2026 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Burial will be in Harrison Twp. Cemetery. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Friday  at the funeral home.
