Cheryl Neff, 73, of Circleville passed away on June 12, 2026. She was born on July 27, 1952 in Circleville to Clark and Orpha (Hughes) Jackson. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by daughter Crystal Marie Neff and siblings Fred Jackson and Gert Gillian. Cheryl is survived by her husband Jimmy Neff; daughter Amber Michelle Neff; son James Anthony Neff; grandchildren Taylor, Mischa, Clayton, Raven; great grandchildren Crystal, Jaxton, Xavier, Liam; siblings Jennifer Ford and Rick Jackson and by multiple cousins, nieces and nephews.
