Charles "Frank" Speakman

Charles “Frank” Speakman, 78, of Circleville passed away on December 12, 2025. He was born on November 2, 1947 in Circleville to James and Bernice (Gilpen) Speakman. Frank was a Vietnam Veteran, was a 1966 graduate Laurelville High School, member of Golden Eagle 685, life member of VFW, AmVets 2375 and the American Legion. Frank was preceded in death by his parents; daughter Sally Jackson; siblings Al Speakman, Mary Parker, Jeanann Adams and by infant siblings George, James and Gladys. Frank is survived by his wife Linda (Moore) Speakman; children Dustin Speakman (Jason), Angela (Kevin) Woods, Tamela Caudill; 9 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and by numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with burial to follow in Hitler-Ludwig Cemetery.
