Carolyn Rayburn

Carolyn Rayburn, 84, of Stoutsville passed away on May 21, 2026. She was born on November 17, 1941 in Scioto County to Perry and Myrtle (Norris) Smalley. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by siblings Elmo, Gene, Pauline, Eileen and Omalee. Carolyn is survived by her husband Paul Rayburn; children Paula (Mike) Howitz, Shawn (Leslie) Rayburn; grandchildren Austin, Cody, Connor and Colten; great grandchildren Kingsleigh, Bryar and Omalee and by sister Joann Mace.
