Carol A. Garrett, 76, of Circleville passed away on March 25, 2017. She was born on July 9, 1940 in Ashville to Cletus and Mary (Willard) Jinks. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son Christopher Garrett. Carol is survived by her husband Donald Garrett, children Terry (Cheryl) Garrett, Dawn Spillane, grandchildren David, Heather, Devan, Lindsey, Kayla, Angel, Christopher, Kelsey and Aaron.
