Billie Jo Taps

Billie Jo Taps, 80, of Stoutsville formerly of Sebring, Florida for 30 years passed away on April 26, 2025. She was preceded in death by her parents Willard and Rose Neeley. Billie Jo is survived by her daughter Bobbie Jo Davis (Ed); sisters Sandy (Pete) Morgan, Donna (Donnie) Stayton, Pam (Larry) Vanhook; brothers Pete Cannon and Terry Neeley and by many special nieces and nephews. Billie leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter. She never met a stranger!
