Betty McManes Peck Payne passed away Thursday, March 26, 2026 at Hope Well Grove Rehab Center in Chillicothe. Betty was preceded in death by parents Floyd and Midge (Walisa) McManes; two sisters Catherine McManes and Debra Vice and all grandparents. She is survived by long time partner Scott Lunsford; daughter Andrea and Tom Hinds and sons of Tennessee; son David and Tanya Peck and children of Lancaster; sister Donna Timmons, Kay Lanman and Vickie Reinhart of Circleville and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Cremation has been observed. Memorial services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to American Cancer Society.
