Betty Payne

Betty McManes Peck Payne passed away Thursday, March 26, 2026 at Hope Well Grove Rehab Center in Chillicothe. Betty was preceded in death by parents Floyd and Midge (Walisa) McManes; two sisters Catherine McManes and Debra Vice and all grandparents. She is survived by long time partner Scott Lunsford; daughter Andrea and Tom Hinds and sons of Tennessee; son David and Tanya Peck and children of Lancaster; sister Donna Timmons, Kay Lanman and Vickie Reinhart of Circleville and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Cremation has been observed. Graveside service will be 1:00 Friday April 10, 2026 at Forest Cemetery.  A gathering will be held 12-1 Friday at Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville.
