Belinda Rutter

Belinda M. Smith Rutter, 29, of Circleville, died May 18, 2008 at University Hospital. She was born October 28, 1978 inChillicothe, the daughter of Robert and Katherine (Dowdy) Smith. Belinda was preceded in death by her grandparents, Fred Dowdy Jr. and Voyden and Reba Smith. Belinda is survived by her husband, Richard Allen Rutter; her parents, Robert and Katherine; sister, Leslie (Matt) Carver of Circleville; grandmother, Mae Roberts of Darbyville; sisters-in-law, Jennifer (Chris) Dougherty of Circleville and Elizabeth (Eric) Wunderland of Mt. Sterling; nephews and nieces, Jacob, Garrett, Josh, Shoni, Shilah and Dillan and special friend, Justin Atkinson. Funeral services will be Tuesday, May 20, 2008at 7:00 pm at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Interment will be in Green Summit Cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday 4-7 pm. The family requests memorial contributions to Belinda Smith Rutter Memorial Fund c/o Wellman Funeral Home.
