Barbara Ann Steward passed away unexpectedly on August 6, 2025. Barb lived for making memories with her family, especially her three little girls. Her smile could light up the night sky and she had a heart of gold. She was the proud mother of three daughters, Brooklyn, Kinsley and McKayla, her shining stars whom she loved to the moon and back and loving wife to Cordell Steward. She is going to be incredibly missed but never FORGOTTEN! She always made the little things count and loved to see her babies smile. She was Mama Bear. Barb was an RN, BSN, working part-time at Westfall local schools and a full-time mommy and wife that cherished every minute she had making memories with her family. Nothing got overlooked or in her way when it came to family. She was always going over the top to make the best memories possible. I have no words and ask for continued prayers for the three girls in hopes to provide comfort to get through this difficult time. Barbara is preceded in death by her father, Richard Riddle; Uncle Doug Riggle; grandparents, Franklin and Mary Riddle and William “Bill” and Shirley Riggle. She is survived by her husband of 13 years, Cordell Steward; daughters, Brooklyn, Kinsley and McKayla Steward; mother, Debbie (Dennis) Walley: sisters, Stacey (Scott) Wade, Jennifer (Gary) Johnson, Erin (Leo) Ruth; brother, Doug (Nikki) Riddle; father and mother in-laws, Kevin and Beth Steward and Jim and Rhonda Arledge and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville on Thursday August 14, 2025 from 3-7 p.m. Funeral service will be held Friday August 15, 2025 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at the family cemetery. Hold your loved ones tight and don’t sweat the small things. Tomorrow is never promised. Words cannot describe how much I am going to miss you. I will never, never be the same. Part of me left this earth with you. I know you will be looking down, keeping your eyes on us with that big, precious smile. Fly high, Baby Cakes! I love you to the moon and back. Always have/always will. Until we meet again. Online condolences may be made at www.wellmanfuneralhomes.com.
