Barbara Kneece

Barbara Parker Kneece age 90 of Lancaster, OH passed away June 9, 2026. Barbara was born to the late Henry and Mabel Parker on May 21, 1936. Survived by her spouse Robert Kneece whom she married on October 24, 1970. Also survived by her daughters Deb (Dude) Harper, Rhonda (Scott) Dodd and Bobbie Meeks; 13 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; 6 great, great grandchildren as well as brothers Donald Parker and Richard (Nancy) Parker; sister Mary Disbennett in addition to sisters-in-law Jeannie McNichols, Donna (Rick) Tisdale and brothers-in-law Bill (Devonna) Kneece and Clyde Garrett. Many special nieces, nephews and friends survive. Barbara loved her family and friends, gospel music, going to church and above all else Jesus. Her favorite scripture was John 3:16:”For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, whosoever believeth in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life. Barbara was preceded in death by her sons Freddie Nungester and Glenn Nungester; brothers Ron (Sally) Parker, Jim (Mary) Parker, Bill (Pat) Parker, Chuck Parker and sister Kathy Garrett and by 3 deceased grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Wellman Funeral Home, Laurelville with burial to follow in Green Summit Cemetery.
