Anna M. Blevins, 79, of Circleville, died Feb. 21, 2009 at Logan Elm Health Care Center. She was born March 22, 1929 in Ross County the daughter of Bascom and Inez (Chaney) Blevins. She is survived by first cousins; Hazel and Carl Lynn, Boots and Butch Brown and Bud and Shirley Payne, several second and third cousins and special friends at Logan Elm Health Care. Funeral services will be Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2009 at 11:00 am at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Friends may call Monday from 6-8 p.m. Burial will be in South Salem.
