Vonda (Rutter) Clifton

Vonda E. Clifton, 61, of Circleville passed away on September 24, 2018.  She was born on September 11, 1957 in Circleville to Charles and Mary Ann (Moore) Rutter.  She was preceded in death by her parents.  Vonda is survived by her children Danny Lee Vickroy, Carry Ann Vickroy and Johny Brunney, several grandchildren and great grandchildren, siblings Mary Knece, Charles “Smoke” Rutter, Nona Christman, Patty Matthews, William Rutter, Shauna Huffman, Tonja Romine, Danny Rutter, Tina Shapiro and Susan Miller and by special friend Judy Snyder.  Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 27, 2018 from 5-7 p.m.  Wellman Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.    Online condolences can be made to www.wellmanfuneralhomes.com.
