Thelma Abshire

Thelma L. Abshire, 84, Circleville, passed away on December 4, 2018 at Mt Carmel West.  Thelma was born on February 21, 1934 in Woodlawn, TN the daughter of Rena and Grover Smith.  Thelma was a devoted wife, mother, granny and mamaw.  She is survived by her husband, Tommy Abshire of 53 years; children, Patricia Lee, Debbie Fornof (Randy), Tommy Ray (Lisa) and Johnny Abshire (Courtney); 6 grandchildren; many great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, 2 brothers and many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Harold E Lee; granddaughter, Dondee Lee, great great granddaughter, Khloe Lee and 4 sisters.  Thelma was devoted to her Christian faith and her family.  Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday December 8, 2018 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville, with Pastor Denver Peters and Pastor Dave Bowens officiating.  Burial will be in Jackson Twp.
