Robert Homer Parmer

Robert Parmer, 89, of Circleville passed away on May 12, 2019.  He was born on August 14, 1929 in Columbus to Homer and Grace (Mackey) Parmer.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Clara Pauline (Hicks) Parmer.  He was an Army Veteran who enjoyed working in his yard and refinishing furniture.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by son Blake Anthony Parmer, sister Elsie and brothers Roy and Charlie.  Robert is survived by his daughter Kim (Jeff) Derr, grandson Blake and by sister Betty Oliver.  Memorial service will be held on Friday, May 17, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home with Pastor Bill Pellum officiating.  A gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday from 4-5 p.m.  Memorial contributions are suggested to Berger Hospice, 610 Northridge Road, Circleville, Ohio 43113.   Online condolences can be made to www.wellmanfuneralhomes.com.
