Richard Leroy Hill

Richard Leroy Hill, of Circleville passed away on February 10, 2018 surrounded by his loved ones.  He was born on March 14, 1943 the son of Richard and Dorothy (Speakman) Hill.  He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Rhonda Clements; sisters, Nancy Sparks and Rosie Giffin and brother, Ronald Hill.  He is survived by his wife, Barbara (Whaley) Hill, who was the love of his life; daughters, Jackie Hill; Janet (Dan) Heeter and Anna (Fred) Andersen; grandchildren, Alizabeth Heeter, Celina Heeter, Michael Clark, Jr., Bryce Woods and Blanton Hill; sisters, Maxine Ross and Robin Coffey; brother, Raymond Hill and several nieces and nephews.  He is also survived by close lifetime friends, Glenn Butcher and Ted Mogan.  Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday February 14, 2018 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville.  Burial will be in Hitler-Ludwig Cemetery.  Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.  The family would like to thank Logan Elm Health Care and Heartland Hospice for the care and love they provided to him.  Richard was a hardworking man who worked 25 years for Manna Pro.  He was a devoted loving loyal family man who will be deeply missed.  Richard served in the National Guard.  Donations may be made to the Wellman Funeral Home in his name or the American Kidney Fund, 11921 Rockville Pike, Suite 300, Rockville, MD  20852.  Online condolences may be made to www.wellmanfuneralhomes.com
