Orla Uhrick

Orla “Curly” Uhrick, 82, of Circleville passed away on April 21, 2018.  He was born on June 26, 1935 in Portland, IN to Harry and Pearl (Ludwig) Uhrick.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister Betty Saylor.  Orla a Korea Navy Veteran was a life member of AmVets  #2256 and American Legion Post 134 where he was a Sargent of Arms for 19 years, was a member of  Bucyrus Lodge 139 F&AM 32 degree Mason, VFW and Eagles.  He worked for Dupont for 34 1/2 years.  Orla is survived by his wife Sandra (Adams) Uhrick, children Lisa (Andy) Judd and Joe (Alyssa) Stevenson, grandchildren Morgan (Adam) Likens, Jason, Lindsey, Tony, Tristan, Logan, Jordan, Colton, Sabastian, great grandchildren Larkin and Kane, siblings Charles (Joyce), Larry (Mary) and Allen (Chris) Uhrick, mother-in-law Juanita Sizemore, brother-in-law Harold (Betsy) Adams, sister-in-law Ruth (Rick) Davis and by special aunt Fern Bond.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.   Online condolences can be made to www.wellmanfuneralhomes.com.
