Mary (Garrett) Knece

Mary E. Knece, 95, of Ray passed away at Maple Hills Nursing Facility in McArthur, Ohio on April 2, 2018.  She was born on February 15, 1923 in Pickaway County to the late Nelson and Lucille (Wilkins) Garrett.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Berman “Joe” Knece, son Jerry Kneece, son-in-law Howard Nelson, 6 sisters and 5 brothers.  Mary is survived by daughters Linda (David) Bledsoe of Ray, Ohio, Peggy Nelson of Laurelville, Tony (Diane) Knece of McArthur, 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 9 great great grandchildren,  her beloved sister Elsea Wiggins of Circleville and  by several nieces and nephews.  A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. at Mount Carmel Cemetery.  Wellman Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
