Joyce Frances (Wagner) Watson

Joyce Watson, 70, of Kingston passed away on November 14, 2018.  She was born on September 1, 1947 in Hocking County to Fred and Elva (Waites) Wagner.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son David Thomas and by siblings Marilyn and Henry Wagner.  Joyce is survived by her husband Mark Watson, children Tammy Sue Phillips, Jennifer (Michael) Wilbanks, 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and by siblings Joe, John, Fred, Melvin, George and Arlene Wagner and Evelyn (Dave) Harber.  Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home, Laurelville with burial to follow in Green Summit Cemetery.  Friends may call at the funeral home in Laurelville on Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.    Online condolences can be made to www.wellmanfuneralhomes.com.
