John Seyfang Jr.

John D. Seyfang II, 49 of Stoutsville and Joellyn “Jodi” Johnston Seyfang 54 passed away June 30, 2018 along with their dog Prudence. John was born in Circleville April 16, 1969 to Sharon (Knece) Gee and John David Seyfang who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his sister Stephanie Bard, and brother Christopher Seyfang. John is survived by the two most important people in his life, his daughter Madison Dae Seyfang and Isaac Cohl Seyfang, of Circleville. Also surviving, brother Shannon Seyfang (Brandy Quesinberry), Chillicothe, Nieces Courtney Gibbs, Columbus and Sarah Seyfang, Ashville, Nephew Shane Seyfang, Chillicothe, and Step-father Jim (Sheila) Gee, Circleville. Also surviving Aunt Linda (Don) Davis, Kingston, Jerry (Chris) Knece, Marysville, Robert McCain, North Carolina, Terry Thompson, Circleville, also many special cousins whom he loved spending time with.  Joellynn Lee Johnston-Seyfang born April 5, 1964. Preceded in death by her parents Jack and Sue Johnston, and sister Brenda. Jodi is survived by her sister Kendra Johnston and brother Jack (Emily) Johnston, her children Amanda Shawn Runion (JR Runion), Justin Scott Kibler, (Itzel Kibler) and Maggie Ann Collins. She was a beloved “Gam” to Ruby Kibler and Hadley Runion.

 John and Jodi had a special love for each other and truly enjoyed spending time together. They lived life to its fullest, and always had smiles on their faces that could light up a room. John loved to throw parties, inviting family and friends to spend time on the boat and traveling. When John was around, there was a party. They had so many special friends and as one friend said “they brought people from all over together”. John and Jodi leave behind a legacy of being kind, charitable, and always being there for friends and family. John was the owner of Seyfang Electrical Services, Stoutsville, Jodi owned Aufait Touch Spa in Circleville, and they owned several venues together. Calling hours for both will be Wednesday July 11, 2018 from 1-7 pm, funeral services will be held Thursday, July 12, 2018 at 11 am at Wellmans Funeral Home 1455 North Court Street, Circleville. The Reverend Robert Henry will officiate for John and his burial will immediately follow in Forest Cemetery. The family would like to invite everyone to Amvets 818 Tarlton Road after the services for a celebration of John and Jodi’s life.
