Edna (Massie) Nothstine

Edna Mae Nothstine (nee Massie), 81, Columbus, Ohio. Born July 15, 1937 in the Ironton, Ohio area. Passed away September 19, 2018. She was a loving wife, mother, and homemaker. Graduated from Walnut Township High School in Pickaway County, Ohio. Member of Maple Grove United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Robert L. Nothstine, her parents, Millard and Virgie Massie, and siblings Elizabeth Frazer, Curtis Massie, Gary Massie, and Theresa Massie. Survived by son, James Nothstine, daughters, Nancy Nothstine and Lynn Nothstine, siblings, Eugene Massie, Richard Massie, Linda Williams, Janet DeGarmo, and Joyce Christiansen, and several nieces, nephews, and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Maple Grove United Methodist Church, 7 West Henderson Road, Columbus, Ohio 43214 or to National Church Residences Foundation Hospice, 2335 North Bank Drive, Columbus, Ohio 43220. Family receiving visitors at Wellman Funeral Home, 1455 N. Court Street, Circleville, Ohio 43113 on Sunday September 23, 2018 from 12:00-2:00 p.m.  A funeral service led by Pastor Patricia Wagner will be held at Wellman Funeral Home on Monday, September 24, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. Burial following at the Lithopolis Cemetery, 1365 Cedar Hill Road, Canal Winchester.
