Billy Hicks

Billy Joe Hicks, 38, of Circleville, went home to be with the Lord on November 1, 2018. He was born January 8, 1980 in Columbus, to Michael and Belinda Hicks. Billy had a deep passion for music and he enjoyed spending time with family and friends. His soul was one of compassion and his heart was larger than life. His laughter and fun loving personality will be greatly missed. Billy was preceded in death by his mother, Belinda (Dyer) Hicks. He is survived by his daughter, Breanna Hicks; father, Michael Hicks; brother, Mike (Nikki) Hicks; nieces, Allenia, Autumn, and Alyssa Hicks and nephews, Michael and Brock Hicks, as well as many, many friends.  Graveside service will be held on Thursday November 15, 2018 at 1 p.m. in Forest Cemetery.  Friends may gather at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville starting at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday.
