Barbara Hill, 70, of Circleville passed away August 29, 2018. She was born to William and Florence (Wilson) Whaley on March 29, 1948, who preceded her. Barb fought a long battle of dementia, cancer and diabetes until it was time for her to become an angel. She married Richard Hill on September 15, 1992. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sisters Nita Shaffer, Helen Purcell, brothers Robert Whaley and Kenneth Whaley, daughter Rhonda Clements and her husband Richard Hill who went to Heaven February 10, 2018 to get a place ready for her, they have now been reunited. Barbara is survived by her daughters Janet (Dan) Heeter of Circleville and Anna (Fred) Andersen of Columbus and her grandchildren, who were the light of her life, and the reason she continued to fight, Michael Clark Jr, Alizabeth Heeter, Celina Heeter all of Circleville, sisters Vicky (Dick) Zahard , Norma (Ted) Mogan, Dorothy (Clyde) Knipp and life long friend Sue Seaton. The family wishes to thank Logan Elm Health Care and Heartland Hospice for the love and care they provided. Ellie and Renea at Logan Elm went above and beyond anything the family has ever seen. She can be remembered for her love of her family, bingo, yard sales and was at one time known as The Bird Lady with her love of birds over the years. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions to the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville in Barbara’s name. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with burial to follow in Hitler Ludwig Cemetery.
